Digital Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a digital product, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, please email us at https://petsummits.com/contact/ within 30 days of your purchase, including your order number and a detailed explanation for your request.

Please note that refunds will only be considered for major discrepancies that inhibit usability, technical issues, or circumstances that fall within our refund criteria. We reserve the right to review your refund request and make a final decision at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Live Workshops

Refunds are not available for live workshops due to the resources required for planning and preparation. We encourage you to consider your schedule and commitment prior to purchasing a seat in any live workshop.

Physical Products

For physical products, returns and refunds will be accepted if the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Please email us at https://petsummits.com/contact/ to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its undamaged condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
