As Apple continues tightening its privacy policies, any iCloud email address users will usually find that they will not receive any emails from Pet Summits.
Please know that we've tried to work with them many times to solve this issue. However, we've not received any response from them as of yet.
We recommend you contact the iCloud support team directly and ask them to whitelist all emails from petsummits.com, including hello@petsummits.com.
